AVPS Education And Skill Development Foundation is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

Note: Registration fee and examination fee are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Eligible for Refund

Course cancellation by AVPS Education
Duplicate payment made by student
Medical emergency (with valid documentation)
Relocation to another city (within 15 days of admission)

Not Eligible for Refund

⚠️ No refund will be granted for:

Change of mind after 30 days
Failure to attend classes
Disciplinary action or expulsion
Examination fees
Certificate/marksheet charges
Franchise fees and deposits

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

Send an email to info@avpseducation.in with subject "Refund Request"
Include your Roll Number, Name, and reason for refund
Attach relevant supporting documents
Refund requests must be submitted within the eligible period
