Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website avpseducation.org or enrolling in any program offered by AVPS Education And Skill Development Foundation, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Admission & Enrollment

• Admission is subject to availability and eligibility criteria for each course
• All information provided during enrollment must be accurate and complete
• AVPS reserves the right to cancel admission if false information is provided
• Students must carry original documents for verification when required
• Admission is confirmed only after payment of applicable fees

Fees & Payment

• All fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated at the time of admission
• Fees once paid are non-refundable except as per the Refund Policy
• Late payment may result in suspension of access to course materials
• Fee structure is subject to change with prior notice

Certificates & Marksheets

• Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course
• Minimum attendance requirement must be met to appear in examinations
• Certificates are issued with a unique QR code for online verification
• Duplicate certificates may be issued on payment of applicable charges
• Misuse of certificates is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action

Student Conduct

• Students must maintain discipline and respect at the center
• Any form of misconduct may result in suspension or expulsion
• Students are responsible for their personal belongings
• Attendance must be maintained as per course requirements

Franchise Terms

• Franchise approval is at the sole discretion of AVPS Education
• Franchisees must follow all AVPS guidelines and standards
• Franchise agreement is separate and legally binding
• AVPS reserves the right to terminate franchise for non-compliance
• Franchisees cannot sub-franchise without prior written permission

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh.
